Private Lessons

GMB is currently run by boxing coach Leo Larsen. Each lesson is an hour long which focuses on proper Boxing form, technique critique if necessary and mastery of the fundamentals. Aerobics and fitness are implemented to ensure muscular support in movement. Jump rope, mitt work, foot work and safe contact drills are implemented. Segments of the lesson shall be recorded to ensure visual progress, personal study and at home practice to be ready for the next lesson.

What items do you need?

  • Jump rope

  • Boxing Gloves (12oz, 14oz, or 16oz)

  • Water

SPARRING

Gold Mountain Boxing offers safe an effective oversight for sparring. Must have 6 months to a year of boxing experience and be registered under USA Boxing to spar.
